Student Life · A day at TCS

This is how you spend your days.

Students learn, manage companies, manage the school itself, work in companies as needed, provide cleaning and janitorial services, and serve their community. If that appeals to you, join our interest list — and be ready to roll up your sleeves and serve.

Before you come

No work experience is needed; the program is designed to teach you everything. For a program still in development, here is what we expect students to bring:

To manage companies

  • We teach you everything you need — no work experience required.
  • Any undergraduate degree is welcome.
  • You believe and have faith in God.
  • You’re ready to serve.
  • You’re open-minded and coachable.
  • You have evidence you’re a hard worker.
  • You’re ready for group work.

To join the community

  • An open mind.
  • A willingness to learn outside your comfort zone.
  • A readiness to engage and to fight distractions.
  • A readiness to take initiative, risk, and responsibility.

Leadership is essential.

God calls Christians to lead; we form Christians for leadership in business. Here you’ll find out whether you’re called to be that leader.
