  1. Week 1 · Residential

    Convocation & Bootcamp

    The program opens residential at Forest Home — Convocation, a group project, and your first build.

    • ERP & AI-buddy creation & group project
  2. First half · Year one

    Business Foundations

    The first half builds the foundations every leader runs on.

    • Hermeneutics and Exegesis
    • Purpose-driven vs. secular business
    • The poly-crisis & conscious capitalism (systems theory, philosophy of science, the Bible)
    • Managerial economics from a biblical perspective
    • Data science, analytics & decision theory (when knowledge suffices vs. when you combine it with faith)
    • Communicating effectively and truthfully with technology
    • Global business, technology & communication (AI/VR and comparative advantage in a point market)
  3. Second half

    C-suite Capabilities

    The second half deepens the specializations of the C-suite.

    • Managing Christian Non-Profit Corporations
    • Reaching people like Jesus — internal/external marketing & recruitment
    • Caring stewardship — sustainable production & logistics
    • Finance & accounting across belief systems
    • HR & leadership lessons from the Bible I & II
    • Strategy & organization (biblical perspective)
  4. Final quarter

    Capstone — Found a purpose-driven company

    You close the program by founding a purpose-driven business of your own.

    • Entrepreneurship Capstone (double units): found a purpose-driven business
