What is TCS

A business school where you run the companies.

The Christian School integrates Christian theological principles and business practice. Its first offering is a planned 16 month graduate theology and business program where half of each day would be spent practicing what you have learned: operating real companies with real customers, real revenue, and real decisions, all based on biblical principles. The program and the degree it would confer are proposed and depend on future California state approval.

The model is designed so the value students create would offset tuition, fees, and room and board. These are projections, not guarantees: a student who leaves before finishing could owe a balance, and the planned degree is subject to state approval TCS has not yet received.

Time

Half day study, half day work.

You learn in the morning and actually manage a company in the afternoon — real customers, suppliers, and decisions, not busywork or shadowing.

Money

Earned, not borrowed.

The value you create covers tuition, fees, and room & board in expectation — no payments during the program.

Presence

In person, every day.

A real community built on shared values, trust, and forgiveness — the kind that carries you for life.

Most schools tell you about business. We hand it to you.

Others say you’ll be a leader when you graduate.

At TCS you lead real companies from day one.

Others give you an education.

At TCS we foster competence — learn, apply, improve.

Others charge you a huge check.

At TCS the model is designed to offset tuition with company profit — a funding goal, not a promised payout.

Others offer virtual handshakes.

At TCS we build community — in person, every day.

In development

We plan to welcome our first cohort once TCS earns its approval to operate.

The model is designed to offset tuition through the value students create. Nothing is guaranteed, and a student could still owe a balance.
