What a future application would ask for

For reference only. TCS is not accepting applications yet, and none of this is being collected today. If the program is approved to operate and enrollment opens, an application would likely ask for:

  1. Bachelor’s (or equivalent) transcripts — unofficial would suffice until admitted.
  2. An activities list from college — evidence of special skills, exceptional hard work, leadership, teamwork, and service.
  3. Six brief essays: five 100-word essays — (1) why TCS, (2) Service, (3) Initiative, (4) Teamwork, and (5) Skills — and (6) a 300-word essay: recommend a book that challenged the way you think, indicating how it changed or reinforced your course. Include all six essays in one PDF.
  4. A pastor’s email — for a confidential letter confirming they’ve read your essays, that your statements are trustworthy, and why you’re a good fit.
  5. Optional: GMAT or other standardized test you took.

If enrollment opens (planned process, pending state approval)

No deposits or tuition are being collected now. Under a proposed model that would take effect only if TCS is approved to operate, admitted students would confirm their place and pay a refundable $1,000 deposit. That deposit would cover a VR headset to keep during the program, returned at the end, and would be applied to any balance if a student leaves early. These are illustrative terms for a program still in development, not a current offer or a binding agreement.
